AST is located in the Seraj suburb of Tripoli. The campus consists of two equipped and well-maintained villas and a new 1450 square meter elementary building. Over half a hectare is designated to sports fields. The grounds also include play structures and a covered basketball court.

The Media Center houses a library with over 5,500 English language books. The facilities also include a distinct science lab, art room, music room and a networked tech lab.
