The faculty at AST is composed of qualified professionals who are experienced working with the American system of education, as well as in international schools.

Currently, 15 teachers have been hired in the U.S. Many of the others are in Tripoli because of their husbands' work. Collectively, the 23 full and part time teachers bring with them over 350 years teaching experience.
